Booking Policies

These policies are in place to protect your time and mine, and to keep the studio calm, focused, and professional.

Guest Policy

No extra guests or children unless they are being serviced. Please come alone to ensure a calm, focused environment.

Late Policy

You are allowed a 15-minute grace period. Arrivals beyond this time may lead to a canceled appointment. In such cases, a new appointment will need to be scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute cancellations may lead to restrictions on future bookings.

Terms and Services: By booking an appointment, you agree to follow all salon policies including payment, guest, late, and cancellation terms. We reserve the right to refuse service for repeated policy violations, disrespectful behavior, or unsafe conduct. All services are non-refundable once completed.
